Billing
We have four different billing cycles. The table below indicates when you can expect your first invoice based on each billing cycle.
Billing Cycle 1 | Billing Cycle 2 | Billing Cycle 3 | Billing Cycle 4 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Installation Date | 25th of the month - 1st of the month | 2nd of the month - 8th of the month | 9th of the month - 16st of the month | 17th of the month - 24th of the month |
Invoice Date | 1st of the month | 8th of the month | 16th of the month | 24th of the month |
Pre-authorized Credit Card Payment Date | 11th of the month | 18th of the month | 26th of the month | 4th of the month |
Please note that if you have set up pre-authorized payment then you will be charged approx. 10 days from the invoice date. So if you are on Billing Cycle 1 your pre-authorized method of payment will be charged on the 11th of the month.

We recommend setting up Autopay, it's super fast and simple.
The $5 Autopay Credit is a credit that applies to your monthly Internet bill on applicable packages when you sign up for pre-authorized credit card or debit payment. This means you’ll save $5 each month on the market price of your Internet plan.
The $5 Autopay Credit applies to new Beanfield customers. Autopay Credit does not currently apply to new Fibrestream customers.
As an existing customer, Autopay Credit will not apply to your current Internet package. However, if you change your current Internet package to a new Internet package, and enroll in pre-authorized credit card or debit payments, you’ll receive the $5 Autopay Credit.
The $5 Autopay Credit will be automatically applied to your first two monthly bills. However, to continue receiving the Autopay Credit, you must enroll in pre-authorized credit card or debit payments before your third billing cycle. Once enrolled, the credit will be applied to your monthly statement.
If you don’t enroll in pre-authorized credit card or debit payments before your third billing cycle, the $5 Autopay Credit will no longer be applied to your bill. Your monthly bill will revert to the standard market price for your Internet plan.
Good question! It depends on the method of pre-authorized automatic payment you’ve set up. See below the various options.
Pre-Authorized Credit Card Payments
For invoices issued on the 1st of each month: the payment will be processed the 11th of the month.
For invoices issued on the 8th of each month: the payment will be processed on the 18th of the month.
For invoices issued on the 16th of each month: the payment will be processed the 26th of the month.
For invoices issued on the 24th of each month: the payment will be processed on the 4th of the following month.
Pre-Authorized Debit Payments
The payment will be processed the third week of your billing cycle.
Please make sure your payment information is up to date to ensure the smooth and timely processing of your payments.
Your payments are due within 30 days of your invoice date which is listed on your invoice.
This should give you plenty of time to review the charges and to get your ducks in a row before the payment due date.
To view your invoice history, all you need to do is login to your MyBeanfield account and head over to the Billing Section on the homepage.
Click on "View Billing Details" and scroll down to the Past Invoices Section. There, you can select the specific invoice that you would like to view by clicking on the "View" or "Download" button.
Don’t be alarmed! Remember that your first invoice is prorated to include any costs incurred from the date of your service activation, plus the following full month of service. This may cause your first invoice to be higher than normal but rest assured that future invoices will reflect a regular monthly cycle.
The dates of the proration are written in blue on your invoice for your reference. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the charges on your first invoice, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
